Incorporated in June 2000, the Wyatt Group was listed on the Alternative Investment Market in March 2001.

The Group was formed to establish or acquire companies in the consultancy service sector which the Directors believe have the prospect of high returns and substantial growth but may be at a stage of development where they still require the injection of further capital and strategic guidance before they realise their potential.
